About

Geelong's premier live music pub has been the heartbeat of the local scene since 1859. Across two iconic spaces — The Bandroom and The Barn — the Barwon Club hosts everyone from touring international acts to beloved local bands, with DJ sets, comedy gigs, and trivia rounding out a packed weekly calendar. Monday Parmi Night at just $22 is a local institution, drawing a loyal crowd every week. Ticketed shows are via Oztix; many local gigs are free entry. The bistro serves pub fare through the week, and the sports screens keep fans happy on big game days.

The Barwon Club's sports screens and TAB make it a regular on game day — for the full guide to Geelong's sports bars and TAB venues, see our sports bars in Geelong guide.
