• Form submissions — data submitted through Netlify Forms (newsletter signups, venue claim requests).

2. Facebook and Instagram Integration

We operate a Facebook Page and Instagram account for GeelongPubs.com.au. In connection with these social media accounts and our developer application registered with Meta Platforms, Inc., we may access:

• Public information from our own Facebook Page (post engagement, page insights).
• The ability to publish posts, photos and updates to our own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account.
• Public Instagram posts from Geelong pubs that have public accounts, for the purpose of creating content for our social media channels. We do not store private or restricted content.

We do not collect personal data from Facebook or Instagram users, sell social media data, or use it for any purpose other than managing our own GeelongPubs social media presence.

Our use of Facebook and Instagram data complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send you the GeelongPubs newsletter (if you subscribed).
• To respond to enquiries from pub owners about their listings.
• To update pub listings on the website with information provided by venue operators.

To request deletion of any personal data we hold, or any data collected via our Facebook or Instagram integration, please email us at hello@geelongpubs.com.au with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will respond within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.

If you connected your Facebook account to our app and wish to remove your data, you may also submit a deletion request directly via this page. We will delete all associated data within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email address.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
